2.Machine description:
(1) The machine is a gantry structure, composed of double columns, beams and bed to form a closed rigid frame structure. A transverse drag plate is arranged on the beam, and a vertical grinding head is respectively installed on the transverse drag plate.   
(2) The diamond roller trimmer is installed at one end of the table and is used to trim the side and bottom surfaces respectively.
(3) The machine tool is controlled by the German Siemens or Japan FANUC system, which automatically controls the vertical and transverse feed of the grinding head, the hydraulic drive of the workbench, and the hand-held electric hand wheel.
(4) Cooling filter system: During grinding and grinding wheel dressing, the workpiece is cooled and the grinding wheel is washed. Filter using magnetic separator, paper filter and natural settlement three filtration.
(5)The coolant flow rate is 600L.

5. B axis double gear positioning turret:

10.Service:
1),nstallation and commissioning:
Machine tool installation foundation shall be drawn by Party B and guide the construction. Party A shall be responsible for the installation of the equipment, while Party B shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning.
2),Acceptance check:
Party A shall carry out pre-acceptance inspection to Party B (at the same time, conduct user training and instruct the operator to operate independently), and Party B shall be responsible for shipping the machine tools to Party A after passing the inspection.
   Party B shall install and debug the machine tool to Party A and complete the final acceptance. Under the guidance of Party B, Party A's operators shall carry out grinding to meet the accuracy requirements of the agreement.
Pre-and final acceptance conditions are:
   The machine grinds test specimens with specifications specified in the agreement.
   Party A shall provide the rough-ground parts that meet the technical requirements and shall ship them to Party B one month before the pre-acceptance.
  Acceptance standards and procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the attachments agreed by both parties
11.Quality assurance:
1) After the final acceptance of the machine, the quality guarantee period is 12 months for the whole machine, and the warranty period of the purchased parts of the machine shall be subject to the warranty period of the manufacturer of the purchased parts, which shall not be less than 12 months.
2) Upon receipt of Party A's service requirements, Party B shall send its employees to the customer's site within 24 hours to find out the reason, and within 48 hours to find out the reason and implement the countermeasures.

3) Party B shall provide free technical service and maintenance for all faults (except human factors and unshouldability) within the warranty period. If the maintenance is not good, Party B shall immediately replace the corresponding parts.
