To guarantee unparalleled precision, these components are masterfully processed using world-renowned equipment such as YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, and ELB, all within a single clamping process. This ensures a micron-level precision in size, forming the foundational excellence of our high-precision equipment.
2) Automatic lubrication system
Designed for longevity and accuracy, the machine guide rails and precision ball screws receive continuous lubrication via an advanced automatic system. The cooling system, ingeniously separated from the machine body, effectively minimizes vibration while promoting superior heat dissipation for peak performance.
3) Grinding wheel head feed shaft
Crafted for seamless operation, the grinding feed system integrates a precision-engineered V and flat track with handcrafted shovel work, complemented by an automatic lubrication system and C3 level precision grinding ball screw. Engineered for superior rigidity and precision, the spindle adapts to specialized workpiece grinding with adjustable wheel speed to optimize linear speed.

5) Tail seat
