Automatic Centralized Lubrication system:
An automatic centralized lubrication system lubricates the machine linear guides and ball screws continuously, which makes sure longer service life and high precision. And the cooling system is separated with machine base, which eliminates vibration and helps heat radiation.
Grinding wheel spindle:
The grinding wheel spindle is of high speed, high precision, high rigidity, low vibration, and low temperature rise. The spindle is water-cooling and stable temperature, that keeps the spindle high efficiency. There are optional rotary speeds range 24000-60000 rpm for the spindle. For a deep inner fine grinding, there are custom integrated spindles.

Z-axis feeding device:
High precision pre-tighten linear guides are used, which can bear the loading from different directions. The low friction-coefficient & moving-clearance guides, together with the high grade ball screws, make the minimum feeding 0.001mm realized in the program.

CNC operation system:
Siemens 828D CNC system is used.
- Grinding program is created automatically through the user-friendly interface, using graphical programming tools shopmill / shopturn, unnecessarily needing special G codes (Optional).
- No need battery or cooling fan. And no need memory battery for the motor coder.
- Ethernet connector. No capacity limit USB (on line) and CF card. The programs in USB and CF card can be modified at will. Process monitor on line. And the data can be saved forever.
- Process showing with animation. High efficiency.
- There are kinds of optional functions, including automatic end-surface measuring, automatic inner diameter measuring, hydraulic tail stock, highly integrated auto loading and unloading system, and so on.
- Automatic wheel dressing and offset. Keep high precision and stability for the feeding and grinding.
