3. Device description:
Machine characteristics: This equipment belongs to the four-axis grinding center, mainly suitable for the hard alloy, ceramic and CBN material groove and cutting tool grinding. Adopt advanced numerical control system, and can realize loading and unloading by six-axis robot, can realize all Angle rotation, reduce the blade turnover process, further improve the efficiency, shorten the grinding time. The grinding of various standard and non-standard tools can also be realized by changing the tooling.
(1) Workpiece clamping part:
Ultra-rigid integrated table, stable processing, can achieve -80°~+27° processing.
(2) Grinding part and online dressing, offline dressing device:
Yaskawa servo motor is used inside to control the outer round sand repair roller. Automatic sand repair reduces the manual secondary clamping and disassembling steps, saving a lot of labor costs and production time. The motorized spindle drives the rotation of the big grinding wheel, and the XZ axis drives its feed.
(3) X and Z parts:
Advanced linear motor direct drive technology reduces the error and wear caused by mechanical transmission, with the full closed-loop feedback brought by the grating ruler, to ensure the response speed of each shaft and high-speed operation, to achieve high precision and high efficiency.
Driven by internal linear motor, the casting slide plate moves forward, backward, left and right through the ball guide rail to control the position of the grinding wheel, and then grinding the work piece.
Grinding wheel head frame is fully supported flat guide rail, which is characterized by good rigidity and large bearing capacity. Guide rail surface with high center, to achieve the highest level of accuracy. The track moves smoothly and is covered with Turcite® coating, which is self-lubricating to minimize the coefficient of friction, eliminating the possibility of slow crawling and minimizing the wear of the track.

The work piece is transported and clamped by a six-axis robot, with high production efficiency and high precision. The operation process:
The system controls the work of the six-axis robot, the laser sensor detects and identifies the work piece, the robot moves to the material tray to pick up the workpiece to be processed to the chip blowing box to initially blow off burrs and impurities, and finally sends it to the working head to pick up and process.
