3.Device description:
(1) Ontology
The body and components are cast with high-grade cast iron FC-30, which is artificially normalized heat treatment and then subjected to natural aging treatment. Component processing adopts YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment for one-time clamping processing, precision size up to micron level, to ensure the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.
(2) Spindle system
Using Taiwan original spindle, SNCM-21H alloy steel, after tempering, carburizing heat
treatment and then computer controlled cryogenic treatment, its surface hardness up to HRC-62° above, single effective hardening layer up to 1.5mm above, the main shaft using dynamic pressure oil film spindle.
(3) Adjust the wheel drive system
The adjusting wheel spindle is driven by Taiwan Delta endless variable speed motor, FX-18S speed control 0-250rpm(digital control) can set the speed arbitrarily, adjust to the best line speed, when the adjusting wheel diameter changes can still maintain the same line speed, grinding out the best product.
The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly
driven by the synchronous belt. It can hit the tilt Angle with the adjusting wheel at the same time during grinding to ensure that the two belt wheels are always parallel. It overcomes many adverse effects caused by inertia loss and chain Angle caused by chain multi-segment transmission of old centerless grinder. And eliminates the need to constantly change chains and zipper springs.
(4) Main shaft circulating oil system
Spindle automatic lubricating circulating oil (senior spindle oil 10#) and oil pressure dressing device for the same oil pump, external tank, easy to clean oil change, main Shaft circulating oil is filtered through two oil filters and equipped with pressure controllers to ensure spindle life. Cooling adopts double circuit cooling system to ensure constant temperature of spindle oil.
(5) Circuit system
The circuit of the whole equipment adopts Japan Fuji circuit system, beautiful and durable, good operation. Increase the height of the electric box, convenient operation at the same time, more conducive to the circuit system heat dissipation.
4. Base:
The body and components are made of honeycomb advanced cast iron. 5. Adjust the wheel drive system:
The spindle of the adjusting wheel is directly driven by the servo motor synchronous belt. When the outside diameter changes, the speed can be adjusted to achieve the best linear speed to ensure the precision and finish of the workpiece. It overcomes many adverse effects caused by inertia superposition caused by chain multi-segment transmission of the old centerless grinder, and does not need to change the chain and zipper spring often.
6.Feed slide:

7.Precision lead screw:

Movement after sufficient lubrication, smooth movement. The contact surface of the track is scraped by manual, the movement resistance is small, and the accuracy of the machine can be maintained for a long time.
