2.Design features of bed and main components:
In the grinding process, the most important thing we need is to maintain accuracy. The maintenance of accuracy depends on thermal stability more than vibration resistance. Cast iron itself has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion. More importantly, cast iron has very high thermal conductivity compared to artificial granite. Machine tools generate a lot of heat during production, and this heat can be quickly and evenly transmitted through the cast iron bed, thus keeping the machine tool in an extremely stable state.
The key parts of the machine tool such as grinding wheel head frame, workpiece head frame, tail frame, spindle and all bearing supporting components are made of high-grade cast iron or steel material, to ensure a homogeneous, continuous and stable coefficient of thermal expansion between the machine tool bed and components.
Any occasional transient thermal changes are compensated by stable composite cast iron, which provides a more stable environment than machine tools with main parts made of steel or castings and beds made of artificial granite structure.
In addition, the cast iron structure has the advantages of high rigidity and high seismic performance, and its solid performance is better than typical artificial granite structure. Very suitable for high precision grinding machine.

The table is full support V-flat guide rail, which is characterized by good rigidity and large bearing capacity. The surface of the guide rail is completely scraped by hand, which has reached the highest level of accuracy. The track moves smoothly and is covered with Turcite® coating, which is self-lubricating to minimize the coefficient of friction, eliminating the possibility of slow crawling and minimizing the wear of the track.
