3. Device description:
(1) Ontology:
The body and components are cast with high-grade cast iron FC-30, which is artificially normalized heat treatment and then subjected to natural aging treatment. Component processing adopts YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment for one-time clamping processing, precision size up to micron level, to ensure the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.
(2) Spindle system:
The spindle adopts Perrin bearing type spindle with double support structure before and after. High rigidity, high speed, stable operation, the main shaft is SNCM-21H alloy steel, after tempering, carburizing heat treatment and then computer controlled cryogenic treatment, its surface hardness up to HRC-62° above, single effective hardening layer up to 1.5mm above, independent lubrication and heat, beating less than 0.002mm
(3) Adjust the wheel drive system:
Adjusting wheel spindle drive adopts servo motor, speed control 0-250rpm(digital control) can be arbitrarily set speed, adjust to the best linear speed, when adjusting wheel diameter changes still can maintain the same linear speed, grinding out the best product.
The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by the synchronous belt. It can hit the tilt Angle with the adjusting wheel at the same time during grinding to ensure that the two belt wheels are always parallel. It overcomes many adverse effects caused by inertia loss and chain Angle caused by chain multi-segment transmission of old centerless grinder. And eliminates the need to constantly change chains and zipper springs.
(4) Sand repair system:
The cross structure two-axis servo automatic sand repair system is adopted, and the two axes interlocking sand repair is realized through the numerical control system, and the workpiece with taper, step, arc and other workpiece is realized by forming cut-in grinding. Sand repair device adopts dovetail groove pure hand-shoveling flower structure to ensure the precision and stability of dressing device; The sand repairing device is separated from the spindle seat of the grinding wheel to avoid the impact of resonance caused by high-speed rotation of the grinding wheel on the accuracy of sand repairing. Rollers can be equipped for sand repairing according to customers' requirements.
(5) Circuit system:
The circuit of the whole equipment adopts Beijing Schneid-er circuit system, beautiful and durable, good operation. Increase the height of the electric box, and equipped with air conditioning cooling device, convenient operation at the same time, more conducive to the circuit system heat dissipation.
(6) Numerical control system:
Hotman secondary development of numerical control system, Chinese man-machine dialogue interface, easy to learn; With corresponding brand servo motor, one axis automatic feed, two axis CNC molding sand repair, good compatibility, accurate feed.
