1.Ontology:
The body and main components are cast with Meehanna high-grade cast iron FC-30. After artificial normalization heat treatment, natural aging treatment. The precision size can reach the micron level to ensure the high precision of the basic components of the equipment. Machine bed is designed by finite element analysis of high strength rigid integral dense cast iron FC30 bed structure, with excellent heat dissipation and vibration absorption capacity, the internal use of cross-bar structure low center of gravity design, to ensure the overall rigidity of the equipment strong shock resistance, improve the grinding stability, maximize the accuracy of the machine tool retention. The bed is designed with a centralized lubricating return oil circuit, high drainage slope, large water outlet size, which can quickly and efficiently remove machine grinding fluid.
2.Spindle system:
The spindle adopts self-developed double static pressure front support spindle, pure liquid friction, low friction resistance, low power consumption, high transmission efficiency; During normal operation and frequent start-up, wear caused by direct contact between metals will not occur, good accuracy retention and long life; Because the lifting of the shaft diameter depends on the pressure of the external oil, it has a high bearing capacity under various relative motion speeds, and the change of speed has little effect on the stiffness of the oil film. The lubricating oil layer has good vibration resistance, and the shaft runs smoothly. The oil film has the function of compensating the error, which can reduce the influence of the error between the shaft and the bearing itself, and the shaft rotation precision is high.
3.Adjust the wheel drive system:
Adjustment wheel spindle drive motor using Delta servo motor, speed control 0-250rpm(digital control) can be arbitrarily set speed, adjust to the best line speed, when the adjustment wheel diameter changes can still maintain the same line speed, grinding out the best product.
The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by the synchronous belt, which can hit the tilt Angle with the adjusting wheel at the same time during grinding to ensure that the two belts are always parallel. It overcomes many adverse effects caused by inertia loss and chain Angle caused by chain multi-segment transmission of old type centerless grinding machine. It also avoids frequent chain and zipper spring changes.
4.Main shaft circulating oil system (automatic lubrication:
Spindle automatic lubricating circulating oil (advanced spindle oil 10#) and oil pressure dressing device is the same oil pump, external oil tank, easy to clean and change oil, spindle circulating oil is filtered by two oil filter devices and equipped with pressure controller to ensure spindle life. Cooling adopts double circuit cooling system to ensure constant temperature of spindle oil.
5.Double flat rail bed structure:
Adopts double flat rail structure, 90mm wide flat rail sliding, the bottom plate is designed with a curved oil injection groove, the lubrication flow channel is set between the track surface, the feed slide is equipped with wear-resistant adhesive, which reduces the friction coefficient, greatly reduces the wear of the track surface, improves the feed speed, improves the contact rigidity, is more convenient to replace the wear-resistant adhesive in the later wear, and increases the service life. High frequency heat treatment is done on the flat rail surface to improve the wear resistance.
6.Circuit system:
The circuit of the whole equipment adopts Japan Fuji circuit system, beautiful and durable, good operability. The height of the electric box is increased, which is convenient for operation and more conducive to the heat dissipation of the circuit system.
