3.Machine description:
(1) Machine base and main structure parts:
    Machine base and the main structure parts are made up of meehanite (inoculated) cast iron FC-30. After normalizing heat treatment, the cast iron base and
parts will stay for natural aging treatment.The cast iron base and main parts are machined in the world top class machines,such as YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI,TOSHIBA,
ELB, etc in one-time clamping. That make sure the high precision of the grinders in micron level.
(2) Automatic Centralized Lubrication system:
    An automatic centralized lubrication system lubricates the machine linear guides and ball screws continuously, which makes sure longer service life and high precision. And the cooling system is separated with machine base, which eliminates vibration and helps heat radiation.
(3)  Automatic system:
    Clamping in one time, including part clamping in one time, inner circle grinding, outer circle grinding, end surface grinding, cone grinding, profile grinding, and composite grinding in one machine.
    Equipped with Siemens CNC system as standard, and many optional units, such as work head auto-rotation device, auto diameter measurement device, auto end-surface measurement device, magnet-paper strips filter (for grinding slurry), and oil mist collector, etc.

(4) Head stock rotates manually:
     For the outer cone and inner cone grinding, the head stock can be rotated manually.
(5)  Head stock rotates automatically (Optional):
      The are optional precise DD motor (direct driving) and Heidenhain grating ruler, which can drive the head stock precisely through CNC system. It is very convenient for the outer cone and inner cone grinding.

(6)  Wheel spindle:
      The custom outer grinding wheel spindle uses FA-G high precise bearings, which are self-lubricated and easy maintenance. There is no metal to metal contact inside the spindle, which brings a very long time service life.
     The rotary speed of the high rigidity and high precise spindle can be adjusted to increase the linear speed when necessary. The inner grinding wheel uses a very high speed spindle, which can prevent resonance with the outer spindle.
(7) CNC system:
    Siemens CNC system is applied in the grinder. And after a further development, a fool-proof human-machine interface is created in Chinese language. For better compatibility between the control system and the driving system, Siemens high performance servo motor is used. The system owns auto wheel dressing and auto offset performance, which makes sure the precision and stability of feeding and grinding.
