5.Main characteristics of high precision internal grinder:
A. Noumenon
The body and the core components of the machine are cast with Meehanna high-grade cast iron FC30, which is artificially normalized heat treated and then treated with natural aging. The components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment. The precision size can reach the micron level to ensure the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.
B. Automatic lubrication system
Machine guide rails and precision ball screws are continuously lubricated by an automatic lubrication system, ensuring a longer service life and optimal accuracy in the long run. The cooling system is separated from the body to eliminate vibration and facilitate heat dissipation.
C.  Grinding wheel spindle

(3)  USB (online processing) CF card capacity is unlimited, Ethernet interface (through the
network disk option can be external computer as memory, unlimited expansion of program capacity), no need to install any hardware and software. The upper on-line computer can monitor the machine processing. The program in USB and CF card can be edited and modified at will on the numerical control system.
(4) The processing cycle that drives the painting function is intuitive and can improve the
efficiency of programming processing.
(5)  Graphical programming tools shopmill/shopturn. Fast and intuitive programming without
G code (option), especially suitable for small batches of workpieces.
