3. Device description:
    Machine characteristics: This equipment belongs to the four-axis grinding center, mainly suitable for the hard alloy, ceramic and CBN material groove and cutting tool grinding. Adopt advanced numerical control system, and can realize loading and unloading by six-axis robot, can realize all Angle rotation, reduce the blade turnover process, further improve the efficiency, shorten the grinding time. The grinding of various standard and non-standard tools can also be realized by changing the tooling.

Inserts Grinder-H4004. Grinding part and online dressing, offline dressing device:
    Yaskawa servo motor is used inside to control the outer round sand repair roller. Automatic sand repair reduces the manual secondary clamping and disassembling steps, saving a lot of labor costs and production time. The motorized spindle drives the rotation of the big grinding wheel, and the XZ axis drives its feed.

  • Online dressing device: the grinding wheel can be dressed while grinding, the electric spindle drives the grinding wheel to repair sand automatically, and the screw servo  drives the forward and backward feed.
  • Off-line dressing device: It can realize the end face sand repair, the motorized spindle drive feed, and the maximum speed is 8000rpm.
  • Grinding wheel: The material granularity should be changed according to different workpiece requirements. The spindle of grinding wheel is electric spindle, the  maximum speed is 2000-4000rpm, the power is 10KW and the torque is 52Nm.

5.X and Z parts:
    Advanced linear motor direct drive technology reduces the error and wear caused by mechanical transmission, with the full closed-loop feedback brought by the grating ruler, to ensure the response speed of each shaft and high-speed operation, to achieve high precision and high efficiency.
    Driven by internal linear motor, the casting slide plate moves forward, backward, left and right through the ball guide rail to control the position of the grinding wheel, and then grinding the work piece.
    Grinding wheel head frame is fully supported flat guide rail, which is characterized by good rigidity and large bearing capacity. Guide rail surface with high center, to achieve the highest level of accuracy.   2. The purpose of hollowing and notching of the casting bottom plate in the X and Z axes is to increase the oil discharge surface and reduce the processing surface, which not only achieves the lubrication effect, but also improves the processing accuracy.
6. Robots send and receive materials :
    The work piece is transported and clamped by a six-axis robot, with high production efficiency and high precision. The operation process:
    The system controls the work of the six-axis robot, the laser sensor detects and identifies the work piece, the robot moves to the material tray to pick up the workpiece to be processed to the chip blowing box to initially blow off burrs and impurities, and finally sends it to the working head to pick up and process.
