Product Description

Body The body and components are cast with high-grade cast iron FC-30, which is artificially normalized heat treatment and then subjected to natural aging treatment. Component processing adopts YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment for one-time clamping processing, precision size up to micron level, to ensure the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.(2)
Automatic lubrication system Machine guide rail and precision ball screw are continuously lubricated by automatic lubrication system to ensure longer service life and maintain the best accuracy for a long time. The cooling system is separated from the body to eliminate vibration and facilitate heat dissipation.(3)
Automatic system The first compound grinder in China with one clamping, realizing the integrated grinding of inner circle, inner cone, outer circle, outer cone and end face. The standard configuration is Siemens NC system, and there are many optional accessories to choose from, including automatic rotating device of working head, automatic outer diameter measuring device, automatic end face measuring device, magnet paper tape filter device, oil mist collector, etc.

Grinding wheel spindle The outer spindle of grinding wheel adopts FA-G high-precision spindle bearing structure, sleeve structure, no separate lubrication, simple maintenance, eliminating metal-to-metal contact, and nearly permanent service life. The grinding wheel spindle has the characteristics of high rigidity and high precision. For special workpiece grinding, the grinding wheel speed can be adjusted to increase the linear speed.
