2. Device description:

    FX-580 CNC lathe is a set of high-speed, high-rigidity, high-precision and a full function CNC lathe, can widely meet the automotive, electronics, home appliances, aerospace, mold, instrumentation and other industries for small and medium-sized precision parts of high efficiency processing needs.
 
CNC Lathe-F580     Main shaft: The main shaft adopts high-power, high-torque, high-speed, high-precision spindle structure, equipped with NSK high-precision P4 bearing, and South Korea Sanli 8-inch medium chuck cylinder, to ensure good processing accuracy and efficiency.
CNC Lathe-F580Cutter tower: 12 drum cutter tower adopts servo motor indexing, arc gear disc positioning, hydraulic clamping structure, to ensure the speed and exchange accuracy and rigidity of the tool change.

X/Z drive: The X/Z axis is driven by THK C3 precision ball screw, with THK P linear rolling guide rail, which has good dynamic characteristics. The fast shift speed of the X and Z axes is 30m/min and 36m/min respectively. 
3. Energy saving and environmental protection:
