The cooling and lubrication systems are separated from the body to eliminate vibration and facilitate heat dissipation.
6) High precision motorized spindle is selected as the main shaft of grinding wheel. The spindle keeps a constant temperature through internal oil cooling and is equipped with adjustable speed regulating device. The maximum linear speed of grinding wheel can reach 90m/S.

The machine itself is equipped with the standard clamping method for the collet type, using the Swiss Choplin clamping assembly, clamping precision is high, good durability.

Automatic loading and unloading manipulator is the power supply of 3 ANCA servomotor. Through the combination of precision rail and ANCA control system, in the process of feeding and receiving, the whole process of feeding and receiving can be completed efficiently, accurately and conveniently.
