1.Ontology:
The body and components are cast with high-grade cast iron FC-30, which is artificially normalized heat treatment and then subjected to natural aging treatment. 2.Spindle system:
The main shaft adopts the Perrin type spindle, before and after the double support structure, after tempering, carburizing heat treatment and then by computer controlled cryogenic treatment, the surface hardness of HRC-62° above, one side of the effective hardening layer up to 1.5mm above, the main shaft adopts the bearing structure, independent lubrication and heat, the two ends of the support assembly, the runout is less than 0.002mm.
3.Adjust the wheel drive system:
Adjusting wheel spindle drive adopts servo motor, speed control 0-250rpm(digital control) can be arbitrarily set speed, adjust to the best linear speed, when adjusting wheel diameter changes still can maintain the same linear speed, grinding out the best product.
The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by the synchronous belt.
